It’s my Uncle’s bday we had a very sumptous meal at Ban Heng Chinese restaurant. It is a neighbourhood restaurant located at Boon Keng. The food made us wow and all of us claim that this is the first time we ever had a real Buddha Jump Over The Wall. All the treasures inside – Abalone, Mushroom, Scallop, Sharkfin, Sea Cucumber etc etc, some I can’t name (all in big sizes). By the time we finish the Buddha jump over the wall, we all full alr. And it’s only the 2nd dish! There are like 4-5 more dishes to go!  Each and every dish cooked beri nicely, like using the best ingredient. But it is too much that we had to da bao the fried rice, spare ribs and vegetable. The restaurant is quite an auntie uncle type, but it’s hidden gem.

Well the silly thing I had done was before the dinner, on the way while me, my sister, her husband and baby walk towards the restaurant from my Uncle’s home. Halfway through, we passed a big drain. I heard the sound of toad and continued walking.  About a distance away from the drain alr, I still hear the sound of the toad. My bag was moving too. I quickly drop my bag and ranted to my sis, ” I think there is a toad in my bag!”. My sis went Ee! Then the next mmt……. Guess what?

My sis realise what I heard is from her Iphone!

It’s her ringtone go qua qua qua — the default duck sound. Dun believe it sounds like toad? Go and listen if u own Iphone. Haha.
